1. Introduction to Nesh Tutors
Nesh Tutors provides high-quality, personalised academic support to students. Our mission is to empower students to achieve their academic goals through tailored lessons and dedicated guidance.
2. Services Offered
2.1. Subjects: Nesh Tutors specialises in providing comprehensive tutoring services in English, Physical Science, Mathematics, and Accounting.
2.2. Grade Levels:
a. Mathematics: Tutoring is offered for high school students from Grade 8 to Grade 12.
b. Accounting: Tutoring is offered for students from Grade 8 up to university/college level.
c. English and Physical Science: Tutoring is offered for high school students from Grade 8 to Grade 12.
3. Tutoring Format and Platforms
3.1. Online Priority: Our primary mode of service delivery is online tutoring for convenience and accessibility.
3.2. In-Person Sessions: In-person tutoring may be available based on the specific tutor's availability within your geographical area. Requests for in-person sessions must be made at the time of inquiry and are subject to confirmation.
3.3. Online Platforms: For all online sessions, Nesh Tutors utilises Zoom for video conferencing and interactive lessons, and WhatsApp for communication and sharing of resources between the tutor and student/parent. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access these platforms.
3.4. Session Duration: We offer two standard session durations:
a. 30-minute lessons
b. 60-minute lessons
4. Enrolment and Tutor Matching
4.1. Sign-Up Process: To enrol for tutoring services, clients must contact Nesh Tutors directly via:

5. Personalised Learning Approach
5.1. Tailored Lessons: Each tutoring session is uniquely tailored to the individual student's specific academic needs, learning style, and current progress. Our tutors focus on addressing challenges, reinforcing strengths, and developing effective study strategies.
5.2. Session Content: During a typical tutoring session, students can expect to review challenging concepts, work through practice problems, clarify homework assignments, develop study strategies, and set goals for future learning.
6. Progress Tracking and Communication
6.1. Student Progress: Nesh Tutors actively tracks student progress through various methods, including:
a. Tailored Mock Tests: Students will regularly undertake mock tests specifically designed to assess their understanding and measure their academic progress.
b. Regular Communication: Nesh Tutors maintains open and regular communication with parents/guardians regarding the child's progress, achievements, and areas requiring further attention.
c. Progress Reports: Formal progress reports will be provided to parents/guardians at regular intervals to keep them informed of their child's academic development.
6.2. Parental Involvement: We encourage open communication and welcome parents to schedule check-ins with our administration team to discuss their child's progress or address any concerns.
7. Tutors' Qualifications
Our tutors are experienced, dedicated, and knowledgeable professionals in their respective subjects. They are committed to assisting students in achieving their academic goals.
8. Pricing and Payment
8.1. Pricing Structure: Our pricing varies based on factors such as the subject, the student's grade level, and the chosen session duration.
8.2. Competitive Rates: Nesh Tutors strives to offer competitive rates for our services.
8.3. Packages: We offer various tutoring packages designed to provide cost savings for multiple sessions. Details on current package deals and any available discounts can be obtained by contacting us directly.
8.4. Quotes: Clients should contact Nesh Tutors directly via phone or email to receive a detailed and personalised quote for our services.
8.5. Payment Terms: Specific payment terms (e.g., upfront for packages, per session, monthly billing) will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
9.1. Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any session cancellation or rescheduling.
9.2. Late Cancellation/No-Show: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson ("no-show"), will be subject to a full charge, meaning the amount paid for that session will be forfeited.
9.3. Rescheduling: We will endeavour to reschedule sessions where sufficient notice is provided, subject to tutor availability.
9.4. Illness/Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of student illness or other unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance, clients are requested to notify Nesh Tutors as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options in accordance with this policy.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1. Commitment to Privacy: Nesh Tutors is committed to protecting the privacy of all clients and their personal information.
10.2. Information Collection: We collect personal information (such as names, contact details, and academic needs) solely for the purpose of providing and improving our tutoring services, managing accounts, and communicating with clients.
10.3. Non-Disclosure: Nesh Tutors does not share, sell, or rent personal information collected from clients to any third parties for marketing or any other purposes, except where required by law or as necessary to provide the agreed-upon tutoring services (e.g., sharing relevant academic information with the assigned tutor).
10.4. Data Security: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
10.5. Access to Information: Clients have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about them and to request corrections where necessary.
11. Limitation of Liability
While Nesh Tutors is committed to providing high-quality tutoring and support, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or grades. Academic success is a collaborative effort that depends on the student's engagement, consistent effort, and external factors beyond our control. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Nesh Tutors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct notification to clients. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
